EXAMINATION PROCEDURE FOR LONG TERM COURSES |

Examinations should be conducted as per schedule
and copies checked at the branch itself. The
checked copies should be sent to Pentasys for
verification. |

Answer sheets to be arranged by the branch for
examination. |
|
Result sheet should be filled incompletely and
submitted at Pentasys along with the answer
copies within 15 days of the last paper. |
|
Hard copy of the project has to be submitted
along with the result sheet. |
|
Once the student completes both the semesters,
the certificate/mark sheet would
be issued preferably within 30 days of
declaration of the result. |
EXAMINATION PROCEDURE FOR SHORT TERM COURSES |

Question papers have to be supplied by the
branch itself and examination conducted on
suitable dates. |
|
Answer copies have to be checked by the branch
itself and result sheet submitted to the
PENTASYS H.O., along with certificate
requisition form. |
INSTRUCTION
FOR EXAMINATION |
Examination will be held in semester wise, each
subject carries 100 marks, out of 100 marks 80%
of theory and 20 % of practical. The Student has
to secure minimum of 35% marks in each subject
to qualify. The student who does not qualify in
one sitting will be given 2 more chances for
appearing re-exam for the modules he/she did not
clear by paying Rs.75/- as re-exam charge. Under
any circumstances, the student who remains
absent from the exams has to pay a penalty of
Rs.100/-. No reason what so ever for the same
will be entertained.
Student who secures 30% of
marks and above will be eligible for the awarded
certificate. The Certificate awarded as per the
percentage obtained in the form of Gradation as
follows.
