The prospectus and application form can be
obtained from the PENTASYS COMPUTERS, Cuttack, either in person on
payment of Rs. 20/- or through post by sending a written request
accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 35/- drawn in favour of
PENTASYS COMPUTERS, Cuttack. The applicant should write his/her name
and the address on the back side of the Bank Draft. The Prospectus
can also be obtained from the study centre.
Submission of application
The application form on the attached prescribed form for admission,
completed in all respects, together with the amount as indicated
against each course should be submitted in person to the study
centre.

Two sets photocopies of Mark-sheets of qualifying/last
attended examination [High School, Higher Secondary (10+2),
Graduation, Post Graduation].

Two recent passport size photographs.

Recent passport size photograph, duly attested should be
pasted on the application form.

The candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination
can also apply for admission but final admission will be
given on clearance of the qualifying examination.

The candidate will be responsible for the correctness of the
facts of information entered in the admission form.
|
|
|
Applicants must go through the prospectus carefully and
enter the required information correctly.
|
|
|
The completed admission form along photocopies of certificates
should be submitted to the Concerned Study Centre.
|
|
|
The application form is not transferable.
|
|
|
An application will be rejected if there is any difference
between the information given in the application form & the
supporting documents. Admission is open to all those who
have the prescribed qualification. All admissions are
provisional, subject to verification of the required
documents & eligibility conditions.

Guidelines for the students
Academic year
The academic calendar of the
Institute is from
July to June & from
January to December
for long term courses.
Rejection of Application form
The application form may be rejected due to any of the following
reasons :

The candidate does not fulfill the eligibility conditions.
|
|
|
The fees is not enclosed.
|
|
|
The application form is not signed by the candidate and
his/her parent guardian, wherever required.
|
Registration number
|
|
Registration number will be assigned to the students by the
Head Office after verification & submission of all the
necessary documents/Fees.
|
|
|
In all communication addressed to the Head Office, reference
of this number should be given. Letters received without
Registration Number will not be entertained.
|
Identity Card
Students will be issued an Identity Card (with Registration No.) by
the Head Office. Students are advised to keep the identity card
safely till the completion of the course. Students will have to
produce the identity card at the time of contact classes &
examination as and when asked to do so by the authorities. If the
original Identity card is lost, a duplicate card can be obtained
from the Head Office on payment of Rs. 30/-.
Course Preparation
The course material is prepared by the experts members of PENTASYS
COMPUTERS. These materials are previewed and reviewed by the faculty
as well as outside experts and edited or modified, whenever
necessary, before they are finally dispatched to the students.
 Delivery
of course study material
The printed study materials will be mailed to the Study Centres.
Students are advised to collect it from the Study Centre. The Head Office would make
attempt to give course material in English. The student will be
permitted to write the exam in English.
Assignments

During the period of course, assignments will be
given to the students. |
|
|
The assignments shall be submitted by the candidate in the
intervening months.
|
|
|
These assignments will serve as feedback and will be counted
towards internal assessment in each paper.
|
|
|
Assignments may be deposited at their Study centres with in
schedule.
|
|
