Submission of application
The application on the
prescribed form for admission,
completed in all respects, together with the amount as indicated
against each course should be submitted in person to the
institute.

Recent passport size photograph, duly attested should be
pasted on the application form.

The candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination
can also apply for admission but final admission will be
given on clearance of the qualifying examination.

The candidate will be responsible for the correctness of the
facts of information entered in the admission form.
|
|
|
Applicants must go through the prospectus carefully and
enter the required information correctly.
|

|
The completed admission form along photocopies of certificates
should be submitted to the institute.

|
The application form is not transferable.
|
|
|
An application will be rejected if there is any difference
between the information given in the application form & the
supporting documents. Admission is open to all those who
have the prescribed qualification. All admissions are
provisional, subject to verification of the required
documents & eligibility conditions.

Academic year
The academic calendar
for the registration of 'O' Level course.
Registration is open throughout the year; however cut-off dates are
there to process the application forms for any particular
examination. The current schedule of cut-off dates for receiving of
filled-in registration application form at our office is:

Registration number will be assigned to the students by the
DOEACC Head Office after verification & submission of all the
necessary documents/Fees.

Identity Card
Students will be issued an Identity Card (with Registration No.) by
the DOEACC Head Office. Students are advised to keep the identity card
safely till the completion of the course. Students will have to
produce the identity card at the time of contact classes &
examination as and when asked to do so by the authorities.
 Issue
of
course study material
The printed study materials will be issued along
with recommended books for DOEACC's 'O' Level.
Assignments

During the period of course, assignments will be
given to the students. |
|
|
The assignments shall be submitted by the candidate in the
intervening months.
|
|
|
These assignments will serve as feedback and will be counted
towards internal assessment in each paper.
|
